Research conducted by Marcin Ziółek and his team focuses on:
a) dye-sensitized solar cells
b) perovskite solar cells
c) light-induced water dissociation
d) photovoltaics
The research is carried out using time-resolved laser spectroscopy, …
Research conducted by Gotard Burdziński’s group focuses on the photophysical properties of natural dyes, particularly their photoprotective functions. The studies employ optical spectroscopy techniques, including both steady-state methods (UV-vis absorption, fluorescence) and time-resolved methods (transient absorption in the UV-vis-NIR and mid-IR ranges).
Research conducted in Krzysztof Dobek’s laboratory focuses on:
a) the application of thermo-optical systems in imaging
b) the development of new endoscopic techniques
c) the use of machine learning techniques in image analysis
The XFEL Center of Excellence Network (CD XFEL) supports the Polish scientific community in the effective utilization of the European X-Ray Free-Electron Laser (EuXFEL) for conducting scientific research. The network comprises research laboratories located at the Institute of Physics of the Polish Academy of Sciences (IF PAN), the University of Warsaw, Adam Mickiewicz University in Poznań, and the National Centre for Nuclear Research. Detailed information is available on the project’s website. On our site Wojtek Gawełda, Jacek Kubicki and Adam Glinka are inlvoved in this project.
